Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding my ONLY be obtained from Plan & Print Systems, Inc. will print & distribute sets of plans & specs. Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Accordingly, a deposit check of $40.00, made payable to SUNY Upstate Medical University, is required. Deposits less than $50.00 are nonrefundable. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority & Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. If you wish to have these shipped an additional check in the amount of $30.00 payable to Plan & Print Systems is required. Contractor UPS/FedEx account number will also be accepted.
