The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is Plan & Print Systems Inc., 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse, NY 13211 (tel: 315-437-5111). The Contract Documents shall be obtained from the Issuing Office. The cost per hard copy set (full sets only) is a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($175); and the cost per digital copy set is a non-refundable fee of Forty-Nine Dollars ($49) payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. By submission of the non-refundable fee, bidder will be registered as an official plan holder. Only official plan holders are eligible to bid on the project. Subcontractors, suppliers, equipment vendors, etc. will also be required to submit the non-refundable payment to receive the Contract Documents.
Bidders who request the mailing of the documents shall include, in addition to the Bidding Document fee, an additional non-refundable delivery and handling charge of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc.
If bidders wish to purchase printed copies of the Contract Documents, they may be obtained directly through Plan & Print Systems Inc. Only official plan holders will be allowed to obtain printed copies of the Contract Documents. Bidders acknowledge that they are responsible for review of all components of the Contract Documents, including all specification sections and drawings, regardless of how many drawings they print and in which format/size they are printed. Full-size Contract Drawings are on 24-inch x 36-inch paper. Bidders acknowledge they are responsible for properly scaling drawings if they are printed at any other size.
