DOCUMENTS

A. Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Form(s) (Contract Documents) may be obtained at the Plan Holder, Plan and Print Systems, 6160 Eastern Ave, Syracuse NY 13211 (315) 437-51111 as follows:

1. Electronic Format:

a. A deposit of non-refundable $100.00 is required for each complete PAPER set. A separate, non-refundable check in the amount of $75.00 per Paper set is required for shipping and handling. (Checks shall be made out to Plan and Print Systems)

b. In lieu of (or in addition to) a PAPER Electronic Format: set of Construction Documents, bidders may request for a non-refundable cost of $49 from Plan & Print website. After purchasing the files, prospective Bidders may obtain paper copy prints of the documents, full set or partial set, at their own cost from Plan & Print Systems, or by taking the disk to a printer of their choosing.

a) Checks for deposit for Contract Deposit shall be made payable to CenterState CEO (but delivered to Plan and Print Systems)

b) Checks for shipping and handling costs shall be made payable to the Plan Holder, or bidders may pick up documents in person.

2. Documents may also be viewed free of charge at the Plan Holder’s website.

3. Checks received without telephone number, fax number, and shipping address shall be returned.

4. Plans and Specs will not be shipped to post office boxes.

PREBID MEETING

Attendance:

1. Prime Bidders: Attendance at Prebid meeting is mandatory.

2. Subcontractors: Attendance at Prebid meeting is recommended.

3. Notice: Bids will only be accepted from prime bidders represented on Prebid Meeting

sign-in sheet.
